บอมบาร์ดิเอร์ แจงว่า เจ้าโกลบอล 8000 นี้จะเป็นเครื่องบินบิสสิเนสเจ็ตที่บินได้เร็วที่สุด และระยะพิสัยการบินถือว่าบินได้ไกลมาก บินไกลถึง 14,800 กิโลเมตร เรียกว่าเติมน้ำมันครั้งเดียวบินได้เกือบจะรอบโลก นับเป็นยุคใหม่ของการบินเครื่องบินเจ็ตส่วนตัว ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น Global 8000 สามารถบรรทุกผู้โดยสารได้ถึง 18 คน
G8000 ใช้ลำตัวเดียวกับ G7500 สนนราคาก็ไม่มากไม่น้อย เบาะๆแค่ 78 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ หรือ
ราว 2570 ล้านบาท จิ๊บๆ ขนหน้าแข้งเศรษฐีไม่ทันร่วง
